At this moment, i would like to tell you about place. I choose my home as a place to describe. There are 5 rooms i would like to explain further.

LIVING ROOM

In my living room there are some furnitures such as sofa, carpet, TV and sound system. There is also a white grand piano. The wall has a white colour painting. This room connects to swimming pool and upstairs. 

Dining Room

This is my dining room. As you can see in the pictures above, the dining table capacity is for 8 persons. The dining table is made of wood. When it comes to maintain the quality of food we put them in the fridge.

Bedroom 

There is double bed size, AC, telephone, wardrobe. Other than that, there is also TV, chair and window. This room connects to swimming pool. In the mean time, this room is used for guest. Same as the other room, the wall has a white colour painting.

Bathroom

This room contains closet, shower, sink, mirror, and towel rack. In this house, there is 5 bathroom. The toilet has white colour theme. 

Garden & Swimming Pool

In the garden there is an umbrella table which has capacity for 4 persons. And in the garden there is vine and tree. Swimming pool is at the centre of this house. We usually listen to the music while swimming.

Neraya: That's a nice and cute dress you're wearing
Sasya: It was a birthday present from my mother
Neraya: Where did your mother buy it?
Sasya: My mother said that she bought it for me when she was in France
Neraya: You look very beautiful with that expensive dress
Sasya: Thankyou, but this is a really cheap dress

It's me

Hello, my name is Neraya Nadeem. And you can call me Neraya. Im 15 years old. I was born in Bandung on 2nd of January 2000. I live in Rancakendal, Dago Pakar. I have 1 older brother and 1 little brother their names are Ashram and Maynar. My older brother is in LA because he is taking a film major. My little brother is now in 3rd grade at Bandung International School. Well enough about them, now lets talk about my self.
I have some hobbies those are shopping and listening to music. My favourite foods are sushi, nutella banana ice cream, sate padang, etc. And my favourite drinks are mineral water.
For Junior High School i used to study at Pelita Nusantara. I learn a lot there, so i could got in SMAN 3 Bandung. And I'm very grateful to be there. My future goals are got into ITB(SBM) by invitation or taking medical major. So thats it, somethings about me. Thank you for spending your time to read my blog.

Kepemimpinan

Kepemimpinan adalah sebuah keputusan dan lebih merupakan hasil dari proses perubahan karakter atau transformasi internal dalam diri seseorang. Kepemimpinan bukanlah jabatan atau gelar, melainkan sebuah kelahiran dari proses panjang perubahan dalam diri seseorang. Ketika seseorang menemukan visi dan misi hidupnya, ketika terjadi kedamaian dalam diri (inner peace) dan membentuk bangunan karakter yang kokoh, ketika setiap ucapan dan tindakannya mulai memberikan pengaruh kepada lingkungannya, dan ketika keberadaannya mendorong perubahan dalam organisasinya, pada saat itulah seseorang lahir menjadi pemimpin sejati. Jadi pemimpin bukan sekedar gelar atau jabatan yang diberikan dari luar melainkan sesuatu yang tumbuh dan berkembang dari dalam diri seseorang. Kepemimpinan lahir dari proses internal (leadership from the inside out).

Karakter Seorang Pemimpin Sejati
Setiap kita memiliki kapasitas untuk menjadi pemimpin. Dalam tulisan ini saya memperkenalkan sebuah jenis kepemimpinan yang saya sebut dengan Q Leader. Kepemimpinan Q dalam hal ini memiliki empat makna. Pertama, Q berarti kecerdasan atau intelligence (seperti dalam IQ – Kecerdasan Intelektual, EQ – Kecerdasan Emosional, dan SQ – Kecerdasan Spiritual). Q Leader berarti seorang pemimpin yang memiliki kecerdasan IQ—EQ—SQ yang cukup tinggi. Kedua, Q Leader berarti kepemimpinan yang memiliki quality, baik dari aspek visioner maupun aspek manajerial.

As for the best leaders, the people do not notice their existence.
The next best, the people honour
And praise.
The next, the people fear, And the next the people hate.
When the best leader’s work is done, The people say, ‘we did it ourselves’.
